The Lunatick Fire and EMS Store Shipping Policy

• Shipping cost caculations are based on UPS Business shipping and are only estimates. For 3 day, 2nd day or overnight shipping if the cost of shipping is more than the estimate in the shopping cart additional charges will appear on your credit card.
• Lighter items/orders will ship USPS Priority Mail for ground shipping.
• 3 day and 2nd day shipping is not available to all areas where ground shipping will be faster or the same time however due to an error in the UPS shipping calculator will show as an option. These orders will ship by normal ground.
• Overnight, 2nd day, or 3 day shipping if available will ship FedEX or UPS services.
• There are no refunds for shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to shipping carriers shipping insurance is offered for all purchases.
