The Lunatick Fire and EMS Store Return Policy

  • All refunds must be requested by phone or e-mail within 15 days of receipt of item(s).
  • A sales receipt # must be given with the refund request.All items for return must be in the original packaging.
  • The items must be in new/unused condition, NO wear or tear is ACCEPTABLE.
  • Persons returning items showing any use, or not in original packaging, including all instruction and care manuals and spare parts, forfeit their right to refund.
  • The buyer will pay all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (exchanges may be excluded from restocking fee).
  • There are no refunds for shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments due to shipping carriers.
  • Item(s) for return/refund must be received by The Lunatick's Fire and EMS Store within five (5) business days from the point of phone or e-mail contact to request refund to be eligible for refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Refunds for services will not be issued except in the case of defective merchandise.
